Completing this form is quick and simple. The information you provide will confirm who is resident at your address and will enable us to ensure that those eligible to vote can do so.

If there are new electors in your household please include their names in your response, please remember to add the names of anyone who is 16 or 17 years old as they should register to vote (but currently they will not be able to vote until their 18th birthday).

New electors can make a new application to register to vote online at Register to vote - GOV.UK registering takes around 5 minutes. Applicants will need to provide their National Insurance number and date of birth.

It is important that you delete anyone who no longer resides at your property.
